Peter Bloomfield and his team are here to ensure the very best care will be taken of your car   As part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality we subscribe to the Motor Industry Code of Practise for Service and Repair we are also have random Quality Checks by the RAC to ensure our service work is of the highest standard.    All of our technicians are Ford trained to the highest standards. The workshop is fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment so should you unfortunately need more than a service our technicians have everything at hand to resolve the problem. We also offer MOT testing, tyre and exhaust fitting and body repairs.    

In short, here’s what you can expect when you visit us for a service:

• Ford menu prices - A fixed price agreed in advance no nasty surprises when you collect your car
• Genuine Ford parts fitted by Ford trained technicians
• Appointment times to suit you – Pre booked while you wait times available
• A courtesy car available at no extra cost* or we can drop you off at either Brundall Railway Station or Postwick Park And Ride and collect you on your return
• We carry out your service following Ford specified procedures
• We carry out a FREE Visual Healthcheck on your car and give you a no-obligation written report, showing the condition of all safety items.
• We will carry out a FREE Paint and Body Inspection and stamp your Service History Log to ensure the anti corrosion warranty remains valid.
• If additional work is required, we will always seek your authorisation before carrying it out.
• Our Ford trained technicians use original quality Ford parts, designed for your car.
• We stamp your Service History Log and give a service checksheet, providing a permanent record of service work undertaken – helping you to maximise the resale value of your car.
